I write (badly), read, listen to almost any music, cook, take random photos as I go, and live vicariously through others since I'm boring as hell beyond my books and cooking.

I post all sorts of stuff here, you'll never know what to expect. (-_^)

I really love meeting new people, to travel, and hear people's stories.

I am always here to talk, whoever you are.

Does anyone know where we could find an example o’ a presentation o’ a family sword part o’ a Scottish wedding?

My fiancée is goin’ nuts ‘cuz we can’ find one anywhere
She wants ta incorporate it in our weddin’ at the end o’ the month
I told her I’d look fer it an’ I ain’t havin’ any luck

So, has anyone had a Scottish weddin’ or been ta one where they presented a family sword?
I know acceptance/presentin’ the sword is symbolic o’ my promise ta protect her an’ all but we dunno how ta word it in the ceremony. Rin’s tryin’ ta help find it too. We couldn’ find it anywhere online; I think Rin was yellin’ ‘bout how if’n it ain’t on the first page o’ Google, it doesn’ exist XD

Anyhow, anyone got any ideas or can direct us ta a place where a sample script is available?

Thanks.
